Smoky Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders - Super Bowl Recipes

Time: 1 hr. 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

* 2 chicken breast

* JT's BBQ Rub

* 12 count Hawaiian rolls

* Sliced Mozzarella cheese

* Ranch Dressing

* Thick Cut Bacon

Instructions: Coat chicken breast liberally with JT's BBQ Rub and put into your pellet grill or smoker at 300 degrees. Using your Instant Read Thermometer ensure the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Set chicken in a large bowl and shred using forks or a hand mixer. In a skillet cook your bacon until it is crispy then rough chop or break into small pieces with your hands. Now slice your Hawaiian rolls down the side forming two intact halves. Layer the shredded chicken on the bottom bun and then drizzle with ranch dressing. Add a layer of crispy bacon bits and top with a layer of sliced mozzarella cheese. Apply a layer of ranch to the top "bun" and crown your king(put the top bun on.) Place the sliders onto a baking sheet and place into preheated oven or pellet grill at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melty and it's heated thoroughly. Remove from oven/grill, slice into individual sliders, dip in ranch or buffalo sauce and enjoy!
