Red Lobster Sausage Balls
1 lb. breakfast sausage
8 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
1 box red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
1 Tbsp. JT's BBQ Rub
In a large bowl combine 1 lb. breakfast sausage with the biscuit mix and spice packet. Add 8 oz. pepper jack cheese and 1 tbsp. BBQ rub. Mix ingredients by hand or using kitchen aid stand mixer until thoroughly combined. Form into golf ball sized balls and place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper leaving them 1-2" of space between each one. Bake or place in pellet smoker at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. And your done!
